    Plated.  Plated and Coated are 2 different things.  Coated is a coating that is either sprayed on or item was dipped.  Plated means it was applied via an electrical current and is a more expensive manufacturing process and much more desirable.
    I had a large box of these from Shallcross, box had fallen apart. They are USA made.  I had a few small empty Shallcross boxes so I picked ones that had the right sizes on them and just updated the counts and the type. see pics.
