    This is a vintage Caterpillar Diesel No. 12 Motor Grader advertisement brochure promotional flyer from the 1940's.  The brochure folds out and it is in very good used shape.  It does have some minor edge wear.   It is starting to separate in parts of the crease area...hard to tell from the pictures, but in some spots you can see thru...not bad.    Please see pictures for more detail as they are part of the description.  Got a Question - please ask!!
