    When it comes to Antennas, lets face it - the Fire, Police, and Public Service sectors know whats up.  Laird Antennas have outright dominated these fields for years.  Its hard to find any vehicle in these fields that doesnt use a Laird Antenna!
    We run Laird Antenna's on our Trophylite 6013 Desert Race Truck and all of our Chase trucks.  They just work great and seem to last forever, even when abused.
    This is a No Ground Plane antenna, its for use when you arent mounting it to a large metal surface of at least 20" around the base of the antenna.  This is the antenna we recomend for use with our "Stealth" mounts.
