    Description

Lot (7) Motorola HLN9208A AVS Voice Encryption Radius GP350 Global Port Boards. Condition is "Used". Three of them are new. All work perfectly.
Includes seven HLN9208A AVS voice encryption Global Port boards for the Motorola Radius GP350 Walkie Talkie mobile handheld two-way radio. Radio(s) not included. But I do have a few GP350 radios with charger and new battery. I'll list them if you need them. The programming cables are readily available on eBay.com. They're called 'GP350 RIB'.
Three of the boards are new, 'sealed', in original packaging. The other four are 'unsealed', in original packaging. All packages contain all original materials. The boards are also DTMF Boards, which will maintain DTMF functionality in GP350 radios with a DTMF pad.
As far as I know, the AVS board fits only in The Motorola Radius GP350 radio.
Installation is simple. See online, "GP 350 recase", or "GP350 disassembly" on google.com. Here's a quick summation for installation:
    Remove battery.
Remove volume and channel knobs by prying beneath them with a blade, 'all around', or you'll bend the shafts.
    Remove antenna.
Gently pry up at the lower base of radio (shiny part), from behind, and lift it while pulling the on/off volume and channel shafts from the top of the front case.
Don't move the radio too far. You must detatch the flat cable from the radio, or you might pull the speaker out.
Set radio down. Place AVS BOARD with DTMF CONTACTS against included rubber pad, if you don't have a keypad on you radio. If you do have one, place the contacts against the keypad.
The board clicks firmly into place.
    Reassemble radio.
The above steps require 10 minutes. I can perform the operation using nothing but a Swiss Army knife (pocket utility knife). Call me if you need help, or parts: O-ring seal, top and front labels, channel and on/off shaft seals are available but not included.
The listing also includes programming software--MRSS, Motorola Radio Service Software--for the Radius GP350 radio, and the AVS Boards, plus manuals for the software.
If you go out looking for the AVS boards, they'll cost you 5 ea., for non-OEM models. It is nearly impossible to find the AVS MRSS software!
Radios equipped with AVS boards can talk to each other, but cannot be monitored in real time by third parties. The AVS boards are analog, so they work with analog systems, or directly with each other.
Purchase with confidence. We have 100% feedback rating, and we accept returns. Thank you for viewing our eBay.com listing. Questions, use the  link above.
