If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 60 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged).
Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange.
Returned items must be in the original packaging.
All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department through Ebay messaging. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 6am to 9pm, and Saturdays from 7am to 5pm (CT).
International Return Policy   At this time, all orders using the Global Shipping Program will be final sale.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted.  However, if a buyer feels the need to return an item, they must pay for their own return shipping. Order defects will be handled on a case by case basis.
