This is a Vintage Late 60s early 70s PTO.
HY25-3000-US Book Numbers are 442XQAHX-W3XD
Made for Military use, Fuller, Spicer and more Transmissions.
It is a Constant drive with internal Gear for engagement.
It is  a  6 Bolt Flange 5 inches wide and 6.5 inches long.
Bolt pattern is 4 1/8 inches across 2 3/4 inches from bolt to bolt
5 1/2 inches from end to end bolts.
Gear diameter is 4 inches with 22 teeth.
Gear height from flange to end of tooth is 1 3/16 inches.
You will have to shim the unit for proper Mesh.
It is a Cable shift with Constant drive.
