Vintage 1981 Lakeside Tubtown Harbor Village with Box near complete

Vintage 1981 Lakeside Tubtown Harbor Village with Box near complete. Condition is "Used". As shown in the picture one litho on the bottom right on the table is peeling up slightly, the rest look in tact and great. Missing 1 strap, 1 life preserver and 1 suction cup on the back of the item.  There is also some type of black mark inside the bottom door on the left side of the picture. I've tried to wipe it off, I'm not sure if it is a smudge or what, but it is shown in the picture.  I have shown the one side of the box that looks bent on the edges which I have shown. This would be typical of any box being opened and closed. Rest of box looks great given age. Appears to be an old yellow tape mark on the bac of the box.  I believe that I have uploaded all sides of the box. Additional pictures may be provided upon request.
